If you have a Facebook page for your practice, that’s great. If you know that it’s important to respond to patient comments on your page in a timely manner, then you are right on track. But then you have noticed that Facebook does not have a method do notify you when someone writes on your page wall or comments on your wall post. The official Facebook guidelines for promotions can be found here. These are apparently not widely known guidelines as many small businesses are currently in violation. Facebook defines “promotions” as “any sweepstakes, contest, competition or other similar offering”.
